JODIE KIDD British Supermodel,  sportswoman and TV presenter

Jodie is a unique example of someone who has fused the worlds of designer fashion and glamorous sports. On the catwalk she is a leading supermodel, and off it she plays Polo to a high level and golf to a handicap of 18. She is also an established TV presenter, with shows including ‘Fashion Avenue’, BBC Royal Ascot, Redbull Air Race and Turbo Tennis under her belt. Jodie has extended her love of fashion by developing a golfing range with Hi Tec and a fashion line with Oli, both of which have become best sellers.

In 2005 and 2006 Jodie competed in both the All Star Cup Tournament and the Dunhill Links at St Andrews alongside some of the worlds leading golfers and personalities such as Colin Montgomerie, Samuel L Jackson and Hugh Grant.

Jodie is also a high octane Maserati racing driver, where her love of speed and beautiful cars can be seen behind the wheel of an Italian super car. She has competed around Europe in the Maserati Trofeo Series and is a regular at motoring events.

She has also established The Jodie Kidd Foundation which hosts a series of events through out the year to encompass her sporting passions whilst raising money for charity in the process.

She was the face of the M&S MORE Money and car insurance campaigns, featuring on billboards and TV nationwide. Jodie teamed up with fashion brand Oli to develop a fashion range for them which became a best.

2008 led to another series of Fashion Avenue, as well as the further development of her charity initiative – The Jodie Kidd Foundation. She took part in Jack Osborne’s Adrenalin Junkie for ITV2 which saw her go to New Zealand to take part in extreme sports. Jodie featured in BBC1’s ‘Who Do You Think You Are’, the genealogical programme which took her to Canada and the US in a search for her family’s history and she then took part in BBC1 Strictly Come Dancing, partnering with professional Ian Waite.
